These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk88 ("kk88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kk88 platform, including all games, betting markets, features, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the kk88 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the kk88 platform.

To open and maintain a kk88 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kk88 is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active kk88 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at kk88's sole discretion.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kk88 or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.

kk88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the above eligibility criteria. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Your kk88 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials, whether or not you authorised it. You agree to:

• Keep your kk88 login username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password for your kk88 account and update it regularly.
• Log out of the platform whenever you finish a session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify kk88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kk88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. We may suspend access to any account where we have reason to believe security has been compromised, pending investigation.

All deposits on the kk88 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kk88 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and direct bank transfers from major Pakistani banks including HBL and others. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR per transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. kk88 does not accept funds from third parties.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• You are not depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity on the kk88 platform.

kk88 does not apply deposit fees, but your payment provider may charge their own transaction costs. kk88 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

kk88 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Cash out requests are typically reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the kk88 account holder.

kk88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• The account has not yet completed identity (KYC) verification.
• There is an active investigation into the account for suspected rule violations.
• Bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance have not yet been fulfilled.
• The withdrawal would reduce the account balance below the minimum required to cover any active open bets.

Players may submit a cash out request from within the kk88 account dashboard at any time. Once submitted, requests are processed in the order they are received. kk88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

From time to time, kk88 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met. Standard wagering requirements are communicated at the point of bonus offer.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any one time, unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared.
• kk88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

All games available on the kk88 platform — including casino games, slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, jackpot slots, and cockfighting — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

kk88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once determined by the system and are not subject to manual amendment except in cases of proven technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, kk88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any stakes placed. kk88 will not be liable for any perceived winnings arising from a malfunction.

kk88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its duty of care seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a financial strategy or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

kk88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the kk88 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk88 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and all associated funds may be confiscated:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to access your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversals through any payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the kk88 platform for any illegal financial activity.

All content on the kk88 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of kk88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the kk88 platform without prior written authorisation from kk88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or data.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions.
• Any action taken by kk88 in good faith to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kk88's negligence to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

kk88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

kk88 takes data security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

kk88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the kk88 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.
